Jay Javetz is the fourth generation of his family in the meat processing business. He joined the family business in 1992, then called Atlantic Meat Co in Savannah, Ga. There he grew from warehousing to upper management, running production at levels of 80,000-100,000lbs daily. Jay has been trained extensively in the USDA implemented HACCP program and has a deep knowledge of quality control and production coordination.
